We are inclined to our customers and understand the complexity of timetables, but please keep in mind that this above-standard procedure is not enforceable.

YOU HAVE A TIME TO RUSH AND DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES TO DESIGN, APPROVE, MANUFACTURE AND SHIP YOUR ORDER. MAKE IT?

We are prepared and technically equipped for express orders within 5 working days, the standard production time is 3 – 4 weeks.
Everything depends on the selected technology, the complexity of demand, and the total quantity. The sooner we obtain from the customer all the handouts, logotypes, names, numbers, and requirements for color and editing, the sooner we send the design previews, and after the approval, we give the documentation into production. Therefore, we recommend that teams first agree on the type and cut of clothing, compile a list of partners and sponsors whose logos will complement the overall design, and together with a list of names and numbers of players (Chart) to contact us electronically. We are also at your disposal on the telephone line, which you can find in section Contacts.

PLAYER`S NAME HAS CHANGED DURING THE PROCESSING OF THE CONTRACT: IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE ORDER WITHOUT A PRICE INCREASE?

Once the preview of sportswear is approved for production, any changes made during this period may be charged, depending on the nature of the change. This also applies to changes in player names and numbers.

YOU WANT TO PRODUCE PRODUCTS ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT FROM PREVIOUS YEARS, WITH ONLY MINOR CHANGES: HOW TO ORDER PROPERLY AND WHAT NOT TO FORGET?

Since our database retains all the suggestions from previous communication with you, you can re-tract from the past order in the new demand, ideally by adding the date you agreed to the final form and adding information on whether the logotypes of your team Changed or not.
Each of our orders contains several sets of files for each new adjustment and we would like to avoid errors in the choice of the substrate by first sure before processing the new order, that we are based on the same, last approved documents. Please report all changes in advance and preferably highlighted in the text.

WHAT WARRANTY DO OUR PRODUCTS HAVE?

The standard warranty for purchased goods within the Czech Republic is 2 years for consumer goods, and the best option is to contact us asap, and we will arrange a refund or possible compensation. Everything depends on the nature of the claim, the extent of the damage, and the history of the order communication, which also could cause misunderstandings.

If the situation arises when you discover a defect in an item which is not worn and tear fault, you can contact us with photographic documentation and a description of the defects, which you can send to our Sales Representative on dresy@jersey53.cz, or info@jer53y.cz.
The more information about the found mismatch, the more you will speed up the complaint process.
For example, you can claim errors such as printing and embroidery defects, defect in the surface of fabrics, taken parts, or inaccurate traps and appliques, do not fit each other according to the view, etc.
All our products undergo technical final inspection and are hand-packed, yet, if any defect slips under the microscope, we will be glad if you notify us and we shall put things in the right condition.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SOLVE THE COMPLAINT?

The complaint process lasts at most thirty days from the date that follows the date you submitted the complaint. The solution ways may be the removal of the defect, the replacement of goods, the refund, or the granting of a discount. When the end of the period falls on a weekend or holiday, it moves to the next working day.

THE DELIVERY AND ITS CONTENT HAD BEEN PROBABLY DAMAGED BY THE DELIVERY SERVICE DURING THE DELIVERY TIME. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CLAIM THE RETURN OF GOODS?

If the damage is caused by the carrier, our company will not be liable for the damage.
Our packages are carefully packaged and taped to prevent damage to their contents during normal handling.
In circumstances where the consignment is damaged inside and the error will be on our side, the contents of the shipment will be exchanged for new goods.
All possible complaints are dealt with individually because they do not occur so often and their nature is different – every situation requires an individual approach. We are always primarily oriented towards the satisfaction of our customers.

As stated above, each case is dealt with individually. We strive to quickly handle all complaints and deliver the requested product to the customer in standard quality Jersey53. If you find damaged goods, please do not hesitate to contact us, either directly on the graphic that you order handled, or send us an email info@jer53y.cz. On which we handle all matters relating to contracts. It will help us if you attach photos of the detected caries to the message and describe whether and how the product was tampered with (e.g. if the jersey was worn, as long as the defect showed up).

HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR SPORTSWEAR TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF YOUR JERSEY?

We recommend following the package leaflet on each product label to read how to properly care for your particular product. If you have taken the order without a label and want to see the correct procedure, please contact us and we will advise you. In general, we recommend washing all printed clothes face inwards, at 30 °-40 °c, not exposing the sportswear to long-term and direct sunlight. Also, it is not recommended to iron out the printed and sewn team logos for longer periods of time, due to the high temperature being able to burn thread fibers or to damage the print. Normal ironing is not an obstacle.

» Color picker

Each color has its unified code, which makes it easier to arrange the right colours of the products. If you are unsure of the exact color codes of your team, use the online programs to determine the color code, such as the following: https://htmlcolorcodes.com/, or our Pantone stencil, which makes it easier and faster to arrange the colour of the selected elements. Darker white or horse Brown is not twice the appropriate color descriptions, from which our graphic designers have to create a design proposal.
We also remind you that setting the color display of all monitors do not exactly match the color printing.
100% of the color match will only be guaranteed when the exact Pantone color code is delivered.

» Names of players, numbers and possible selection of fonts

You can download a chart on our site, which has to be carefully completed with an inventory of all the persons for whom the contract will be completed, add the numbers of the players if they appear on the clothing, and check the spelling of all names. At this stage, you can also consider the font type, namely font, and possible contour around it. More about the types of contours and font selection in section Number types. Do not change the table, just fill in the contents with text.

» Inspiration and the right choice

You can share your experience with us and mention what you would like to avoid. Some prefer finer fabrics with the lowest weight, others heavier and more durable material. Sublimation printing is not tangible, so do not worry that together with the printing of many logotypes of sponsors there has been a significant load of sportswear.

» Correct measurement

To determine the size, measure the chest in the deepest breath state. We are confident that the tension of the material during movement will not add to your satisfaction. It also covers the measurement of the arm circumference of some types of clothing: it is appropriate to strain the muscles and measure the circumference of the widest place.
Most of our substances are flexible, durable, and adaptable, but it is still good to follow the rule: “Measure twice, order once.”
There is a size chart for each product. Choose the most suitable one for you.

» Sending image documents

Sending pictorial data is often a tough nut to break the teeth of a sports team.
If you are already sending an image in. jpeg format, we recommend a resolution of 300dpi. What this means is explained here: Wikipedia. Fortunately, you’ll find an online range of programs that will help you with good preparation of all the image attachments. Not only can you change the format of your picture, choose for example. png, pdf, eps…, you can also influence the overall size and the mentioned resolution.

» Vector graphics vs. manual drawing

Please send us all the image files in the best format. CDR, EPS, AI, or pdf.
In the extreme case, you can also process content in a format. JPEG or png. However, if it is possible to avoid this, you will solve a significant set of problems that might arise during design.
If you are drawing on manual artwork and would like to have a “redraw” image into vector graphics, we are able to do it for you. In the case of the team logo – for a fee, and in the case of design – free of charge, when ordering over 10 PCs.
In this case, we recommend that you send the image in the highest quality (300dpi), taken with a professional camera, or scan it directly, while keeping an eye on the underlying surfaces,  not too bright and lit, not too dark so that individual strokes, contours, and colors can be distinguished and processed from each other. Photos taken by mobiles are not very suitable.

» New order based on old materials

Would you like to reiterate your previous order from the past? Do you want us to base this job on creating new documents for your current order? The ideal procedure starts by poohlédnete in the email box after the last message with the final preview, which has been approved for production by you. If there is no further change to this substrate, you can send it as a default. Keep in mind that our graphic designers have at their disposal many interstage designs and generate new ones according to your decisions. Although the substrates are carefully classified and labeled, in time and depending on the nature of the communication, confusion, and inaccuracies can occur and we would like to avoid this as much as possible. The most common such errors relate to the chosen hue, the location of the logo, and the number of pieces for each clothing size. This is especially recommended in circumstances where more people decided the contract and the communication took place on more than one email.

» Players numbers – check before the production

Oh, the numbers… Anyone can make a mistake. The numeric keypad does not guarantee 100% accuracy of human writing. It could happen to everyone, both customers and our graphic designers. Therefore, we recommend checking the size charts, all the numbers, and names with extra care.

» Phone orders

We also remind you that setting the color display of all monitors do not exactly match the color printing.

» Names of players, numbers and possible selection of fonts

You can download a chart on our site, which has to be carefully completed with an inventory of all the persons for whom the contract will be completed, add the numbers of the players if they appear on the clothing, and check the spelling of all names. At this stage, you can also consider the font type, namely font, and possible contour around it. More about the types of contours and font selection in section Number types. Do not change the table, just fill in the contents with text.

» Sending image documents

Sending pictorial data is often a tough nut to break the teeth of a sports team.
If you are already sending an image in. jpeg format, we recommend a resolution of 300dpi. What this means is explained here: Wikipedia. Fortunately, you’ll find an online range of programs that will help you with good preparation of all the image attachments. Not only can you change the format of your picture, choose for example. png, pdf, eps…, you can also influence the overall size and the mentioned resolution.

» Vector graphics vs. manual drawing

Please send us all the image files in the best format. CDR, EPS, AI, or pdf.
In the extreme case, you can also process content in a format. JPEG or png. However, if it is possible to avoid this, you will solve a significant set of problems that might arise during design.
If you are drawing on manual artwork and would like to have a “redraw” image into vector graphics, we are able to do it for you. In the case of the team logo – for a fee, and in the case of design – free of charge, when ordering over 10 PCs.
In this case, we recommend that you send the image in the highest quality (300dpi), taken with a professional camera, or scan it directly, while keeping an eye on the underlying surfaces,  not too bright and lit, not too dark so that individual strokes, contours, and colors can be distinguished and processed from each other. Photos taken by mobiles are not very suitable.

» New order based on old materials

Would you like to reiterate your previous order from the past? Do you want us to base this job on creating new documents for your current order? The ideal procedure starts by poohlédnete in the email box after the last message with the final preview, which has been approved for production by you. If there is no further change to this substrate, you can send it as a default. Keep in mind that our graphic designers have at their disposal many interstage designs and generate new ones according to your decisions. Although the substrates are carefully classified and labeled, in time and depending on the nature of the communication, confusion, and inaccuracies can occur and we would like to avoid this as much as possible. The most common such errors relate to the chosen hue, the location of the logo, and the number of pieces for each clothing size. This is especially recommended in circumstances where more people decided the contract and the communication took place on more than one email.

» Players numbers – check before the production

Oh, the numbers… Anyone can make a mistake. The numeric keypad does not guarantee 100% accuracy of human writing. It could happen to everyone, both customers and our graphic designers. Therefore, we recommend checking the size charts, all the numbers, and names with extra care.
